VRC Gets Gold
VRC, professional CCTV monitoring providers have recently received further recognition of their commitment to working to the highest standards when they received their ARC Gold medal, presented to them by the National Security Inspectorate (NSI).
By meeting ARC Gold requirements, VRC can provide assurance to their customers that they deliver the highest standard of service.
VRC, based in Bristol, providing services nationally, has been successfully monitoring detection activated CCTV systems and other CCTV systems used in security applications for almost 10 years.
Mark Solomon, VRC General Manager, states; ‘We are committed to providing both new and existing customers the best service and in recognition of this, we are proud to have received the ARC Gold award.’
An independent, not-for-profit organisation, NSI is the UK’s leading inspectorate for the security industry, championing the highest standards for over 30 years. NSI approved companies comply with the appropriate British and European Standards and meet the requirements of the police and insurers. Companies are inspected regularly for their continuous delivery of the highest standards to their customers. NSI also operates a Customer Care support process, underpinning the reliability and integrity of companies it inspects.
