7 CCTV Remote Monitoring Incidents foiled by VRC over festive period
Video Receiving Centre would like to wish our Customers a Happy and Prosperous 2012 and thank you for your support over the Christmas period when communicating with our Operator team.
VRC handled several disturbances over the 2 week holidays, some of these confirmed alarms led to escalation and 7 confirmed intrusions were prevented as a result of our fantastic Operator vigilance.
Many of our Customers had updated their site activity for the holidays and this information was crucial to the instant operator response when handling alarms onsite.
VRC encourage all sites to regularly check and update their site details to ensure we are dealing with the latest site operations.
