We like to make life hassle free. We understand CCTV installers have an important job to do, so we are available to them 24 hours a day. All our CCTV Monitoring staff are specially trained to deal with any queries and will provide accurate and detailed information. If an immediate answer is not attainable, we will return to you with a resolution within the same day.

- Transmission Types: Video Receiving Centre provides a variety of different types of RVR over ISDN, ADSL, using major transmission technologies such as ADPRO, DOWSHU, DEDICATED MICROS, HEITEL, BUSINESS INSIGHT 3 and others.
- Free Site Signage: With each system connected we provide, free of charge, two A2 sized weatherproof signs for the site we are going to monitor, in full compliance with the Data Protection Act.
- Flexible Billing: We believe in offering flexible billing arrangements. The contract can either be with you, or direct to the end user.
- Full Insurance Provision: Our service provides you, the installer, with peace of mind. Video Receiving Centre is fully insured, including Public, Employer and Efficacy cover.
